Do I lose control of my Airbnb account?
No. You remain the primary host and owner of the listing. We are added as a co-host with specified permissions and you can revoke access at any time.
What if a guest damages my property?
We document everything before and after each stay, file Airbnb Host Guarantee claims and pursue reimbursement on your behalf.
What about council short-let restrictions?
We check local regulations before onboarding. If your property requires a license (e.g. Camden, Westminster), we help you apply.
Can I block out dates for personal use?
Yes. You retain full calendar control. Block any dates you want via the shared calendar.
What happens if a cleaner doesn't show up?
Our backup cleaner guarantee ensures someone will always complete the turnover. We've never missed a same-day clean in three years.
Do you provide linen?
Yes — for sub-hosting clients, linen and towel laundry is included in the cleaning fee. For standalone cleaning it's an add-on.
